WARRANTIES

Our funeral establishment makes no representations or warranties regarding caskets, outer burial containers, or other funeral goods sold. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with the goods sold with any funeral service are the express written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof.

Ryan Mortuary, Ryan Crematory, Ryan Monuments or Memorial Trust Plans hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to the casket, urn, outer burial container, monument, or other funeral goods sold. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Outer Burial Containers

These prices are effective as of February 1, 2023 but thereafter subject to change without notice.

"In most areas of the country, state or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries ask that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will satisfy these requirements."
